How does rain unlimited work?
welcome to rain You have the option to add unlimited off-peak for R250 a month. This gives you 19 hours of unlimited data between 11pm and 6pm for everyday in the month. Data used during ‘peak hours’ 6pm – 11pm will be charged at 5c per meg (R50 a gig). Only pay for what you use, at the end of the month.
Does rain 5g work?
You are unable to order 5G services from rain if you fall outside the 5G coverage area. Moreover the service does not function if you are outside the 5G coverage area – even if you are within rain’s 4G coverage area.
Does rain sell routers?
rain currently runs on the B3 1800MHz and B38 2600MHz bands qualifying as LTE. Your router/mobile phone needs to support one of these. most consumer routers available in South Africa at the moment cannot aggregate bands B3 and B38 (which would mean it supports the Cat5 standard to meet LTE-A reference standard)
